Overview

  • Exchanges for size/colour are accepted within 5 days of delivery (stock permitting).

  • Returns/refunds are only for items received damaged or defective on arrival.

  • All items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges (Size/Colour)

Eligibility: within 5 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Stock & Options: If the requested size/colour is unavailable, we can issue store credit for the item value.

Shipping: For size/colour exchanges, return shipping is borne by the customer. We can arrange a pickup at our courier’s actual charges (deducted from the final credit amount).

Limit: One exchange per order line item.

To request an exchange:

  • Email info@allabouteve.in or WhatsApp +91 86996 92555.

  • Share your order number, product name/size, reason, and clear photos (full product + tag closeup).

  • We acknowledge within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged or the item has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with unboxing photos (outer box, inner packaging, and defect).

Once validated, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method (including shipping, if any). We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month where applicable.

Not Eligible

  • Items showing wear, wash, perfume, stains, or missing tags/packaging.

  • Gift cards (when introduced), free gifts, and items marked Final Sale.

  • Requests raised after 5 days of delivery.
