Overview

Exchanges for size/colour are accepted within 5 days of delivery (stock permitting).

Returns/refunds are only for items received damaged or defective on arrival.

All items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges (Size/Colour)
Eligibility: within 5 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
Stock & Options: If the requested size/colour is unavailable, we can issue store credit for the item value.
Shipping: For size/colour exchanges, return shipping is borne by the customer. We can arrange a pickup at our courier’s actual charges (deducted from the final credit amount).
Limit: One exchange per order line item.

Share your order number, product name/size, reason, and clear photos (full product + tag close‑up).

We acknowledge within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged or the item has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with unboxing photos (outer box, inner packaging, and defect).
Once validated, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method (including shipping, if any). We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month where applicable.
Not Eligible

Items showing wear, wash, perfume, stains, or missing tags/packaging.

Gift cards (when introduced), free gifts, and items marked Final Sale.
