Shipping policy

We deliver quickly and carefully. Here’s how shipping works for orders placed on allabouteve.in.

Coverage & Timelines

  • Service area: India only.

  • Processing time: Orders dispatch in 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery window: Typically within 2–6 business days post‑dispatch (pincode/courier dependent).

  • Delivery hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Carriers, Tracking & Address

  • Ship‑from: Ludhiana facility or partner hubs across India.

  • Tracking: Shared by email/WhatsApp on dispatch.

  • Address: Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number.

Delivery Attempts & RTO

  • Our courier attempts delivery up to 3 times.

  • Undeliverable or refused COD parcels may be returned to origin (RTO). 

  • If an order is returned to origin, reshipping can be arranged at actual courier charges.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

  • COD available on eligible pincodes; ₹100 COD fee applies.

  • Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.

Shortages & Damage at Delivery

  • Report any shortage on the day of delivery with unboxing photos; note visible damage on the courier’s proof of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for damage after delivery; please inspect on arrival.
