Orders
  1. How do I place an order? — Add items to your cart and checkout following on-screen steps.
  2. Can I change/cancel my order? — You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
  3. How can I track my order? — We send a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once your parcel ships.
Shipping
  1. What are your shipping charges? — Shipping is free for prepaid orders; COD fee ₹100 applies on eligible pincodes.
  2. How long will delivery take? — Dispatch in 5–7 business days; delivery typically 2–6 business days post‑dispatch.
  3. Do you offer international shipping? — Not yet; India only.
Exchanges & Returns
  1. What is your exchange policy? — Exchanges for size/colour within 5 days of delivery; tags and packaging must be intact; subject to stock availability.
  2. Do you accept returns? — Returns/refunds only for damaged or defective items on arrival (report immediately with photos).
  3. Who pays for exchange shipping? — Customer pays return shipping; pickup can be arranged at actual courier charges.
Payments
  1. Which payment methods are accepted? — Cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD.
  2. Is online payment secure? — Yes, via trusted payment gateways over encrypted connections.
Products & Sizing
  1. How do I pick my size? — Refer to our Size Guide (XS–XXL) or message support for help.
  2. Will my product look exactly like the photos? — We colour-match each product carefully, but small differences may occur due to screens/lighting.
Sustainability & Care
  1. Are your products sustainable? — We design mindfully, produce in small batches, and prioritise thoughtful materials where possible.
