Q: How do I place an order?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
 
Shipping
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. For COD orders, a small fee may apply.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We aim to deliver orders within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within India.
 
Exchanges
Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: Exchanges for size or color changes are allowed within 5 days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
A: Returns or refunds are not allowed except in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. For such cases, please contact us immediately.
Q: How do I initiate an exchange?

Q: What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
A: Please contact us immediately at info@allabouteve.in or WhatsApp us at +91 86996 92555 with photos and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, for damaged or defective items.
 
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
Q: Is online payment secure?
A: Yes, all transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways to ensure your information is safe.
Q: Are there any additional charges for COD orders?
A: A nominal COD fee of ₹100 is applicable.
