Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹99 shipping charge. COD availability may depend on your delivery pincode.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery timelines may be slightly longer during launches, sale periods, public holidays or unforeseen courier delays. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email and/or WhatsApp.

Please provide a complete delivery address, correct pincode and reachable phone number when placing your order to help avoid delays.

A single order can only be delivered to one address. Please place separate orders if you would like items delivered to different addresses.

Delivery Attempts & Returned Orders

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts if the first attempt is unsuccessful.

Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal at the time of delivery may be returned to us.

If you would like an order that has been returned to us to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in Cash on Delivery being unavailable for future orders.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your parcel or product reaches you damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, contact us as soon as possible after delivery and share clear photographs and an unboxing video where available.

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please also raise this with the courier representative.

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
